These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client and Online Česky, s.r.o. regarding the provision of:
Czech language courses for foreigners (individual or group),
Online language consultations,
Corporate courses (including Business Czech),
Team-building and experiential programs,
Other educational services as agreed individually.
The aim is to ensure clear, fair, and friendly rules for cooperation.

1. General Provisions and Contractual Relationship
Parties:
Client – an individual or legal entity (student, company, or legal guardian)
Provider – Online Česky, s.r.o.

By submitting a registration, order, or confirming an offer, a contractual relationship is established, and the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Czech Courses for Foreigners (Individual and Group)
Courses take place online or in-person, according to the agreement.
Clients are entitled to lessons in the scope of the chosen program.
Lessons are tailored to the student's or group's level, goals, and needs.
Lessons focus on practical communication for work and daily life.
3. Online Language Consultations
Consultations take place online at a pre-agreed time.
First consultation may be offered free of charge (subject to current offer).
Appointments must be booked in advance.
Unattended sessions without notice will be considered forfeited.
4. Corporate Courses and Business Czech
Courses are tailored to the client company's needs.
Content focuses on professional communication, workplace situations, and employee integration.
Scope, format, and schedule are agreed individually.
Provider ensures instructors, coordination, and organization of lessons.
5. Team-Building and Experiential Programs
Programs are tailored to the client's requirements.
Provider handles program design, instructors, content, and any necessary venue arrangements.
Specific terms (scope, price, cancellation) are included in individual offers.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is made by bank transfer to account: 2003050694/2010
Course fees or service prices must be paid according to instructions in the order confirmation.
Corporate clients may receive invoicing based on individual agreement.
Individual payment arrangements can be agreed upon in justified cases.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the provider cancels a lesson or course, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
No-shows by the client → lesson is forfeited without replacement.
Individual lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise forfeited.
Group lessons are generally non-replaceable unless agreed otherwise.
Paid fees are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another course date.
Exceptions are handled individually.
8. Online Lesson Rules
Each student receives a unique access link to online lessons.
Access is non-transferable.
Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
9. Final Provisions
Provider reserves the right to amend these terms.
The current version is always published on the website.
These terms take effect on the date of publication.
