Terms and Conditions of Online česky, s.r.o.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the student and Online česky, s.r.o. in connection with the provision of online Czech language courses for foreigners. Their purpose is to ensure clear, fair, and friendly rules of cooperation.

Contracting Parties

The contracting parties are: 

→ The Student, whose identification details are provided in the course application, and

→ Online česky, s.r.o., Company ID No.: 217 53 237, with its registered office at Senovážné náměstí 978/23, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

General Provisions

• By registering for a course, the Student acquires the right to receive services to the extent

defined by the selected course type and these Terms and Conditions.

• The Company undertakes to provide these services upon payment of the course fee duly.

• Registration for a course is completed via online registration on the Company's website or by

submitting an online application in response to promotional communication.

• The application becomes valid once it has been submitted, confirmed by the Company, and the course fee has been paid in accordance with the payment terms.

• By submitting and confirming the application, the Student agrees to pay the course fee and to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Rules for Online Lessons.

• Serious violations of the rules may result in exclusion from the course without any entitlement to a refund.

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all open Czech language courses for the public organized by the Company.

Payment Terms

• The course fee must be paid exclusively by bank transfer to account number 2003050694/2010.

• No other payment methods are accepted.

• The full course fee must be paid under the conditions specified in the confirmation communication sent by the Company after accepting the application. In justified cases, individual arrangements may be agreed.

• If payment is to be made from a foreign bank account, please contact us at info@onlinecesky.cz.

Guarantee and Cancellation Terms

• If the Company is unable to organize the course for operational reasons, the Student will be informed no later than 48 hours before the planned start of the course.

• In such a case, the Student will be offered an individual solution (e.g. an alternative date), or the course fee will be refunded in full.

• If part of the lessons is cancelled by the Company, the Student is entitled to an appropriate extension of the course or a replacement lesson at another time.

• Lessons that the Student does not attend are not replaced.

• Paid course fees are non-refundable. However, the Student may transfer the course fee (or a proportional part thereof) to another course organized on a different date.

• Exceptional cases will be assessed individually.

2. Rules for Online Lessons

• Each Student will receive an individual access link for online lessons.

• This link is intended solely for the registered Student who has duly paid the course fee.

• Sharing the access link with a third party who is not registered for the course and has not paid the course fee constitutes a serious breach of the rules.

• In such a case, the Student may be immediately excluded from the course without any entitlement to a refund.

These Terms and Conditions are valid as of the date of their publication.
