I attended a Czech course at a center for foreigners, where my teacher was Olga Kováčová. The lessons were always engaging, and we spent a lot of time speaking. We also prepared presentations, which helped us improve our communication skills.

Olga patiently corrected all our mistakes and explained new topics clearly and effectively. I still remember how we listened to a song to learn how to pronounce the number 19—and now I finally know how to say numbers correctly!

Olga was always well prepared for her lessons, and thanks to her, we learned many new things and grew to love the Czech language even more

First of all, I would like to highlight Olga Kovácsová's creativity!

She is a teacher who doesn't simply give you the "right answers," but encourages you to think and find solutions based on the knowledge you already have.

I also really appreciated the variety in our lessons. Olga always assigns creative tasks, both for homework and during classes. She provides all the necessary knowledge, is attentive and approachable, and always offers support while gently correcting mistakes.

She is a truly excellent teacher!

When I first arrived in the Czech Republic, I felt the same fear as many foreigners—the fear of not belonging, of not being able to communicate, and of not understanding the Czech mindset.

However, thanks to Olga, my very first Czech lesson wasn't about grammar—it was about diving into Czech culture. She is an excellent teacher for beginners, as she immediately sparked my interest in the language. At the same time, she is just as great for advanced students—always answering questions and encouraging open discussion.

She explains grammar clearly, but our lessons went far beyond textbooks. We listened to Czech songs and watched films and series, which helped us expand our vocabulary and better understand Czech history and culture.

I highly recommend her :)

I met Olga Kovácsová in September 2023.

I came to my first Czech lesson without knowing any letters or words—I couldn't read, speak, or write. After the first lesson, I felt like I already knew everything… well, almost :)

I looked forward to every new class. Olga always prepared engaging activities—games, pair work, exercises to help us remember new vocabulary, and even shared real-life stories. Every lesson was different, and the two-hour sessions always flew by.

We learned how to handle everyday situations—shopping for groceries, buying tickets, planning holidays, renting an apartment, talking about jobs, writing a CV, or communicating at the doctor's office.

We didn't just learn vocabulary—we explored Czech culture, history, and famous personalities. We created presentations, followed current topics, and discussed them together.

Olga taught us all of this.

I truly hope to continue learning with her—I can't imagine learning Czech without her.

She is not only a professional and experienced teacher, but also a very kind and inspiring person.
